Add telephone number to UBS Cash Receipts screen

Often times when taking payments from customers, customers will ask a question that requires follow up. Currently, we write down the account number and then ask the customer for their telephone number because it is quicker than logging into another screen in ADG. it would be nice to say, "Mr./Ms. X let me verify we have your correct telephone number" while we are processing the payment.
