We noticed at the ADG Vantage UI webinar on 7/16/26 that ADG plans to beef up the vendor management software controls. Our auditors are testing vendor setup/changes this fiscal year and wanted to provide some feedback regarding what they are specifically looking at. Mainly, they are wanting to see who made the last change, what was changed, was the change supported (notes attached), and when was the change made.
We were able to generate a Vendor Changes report but it’s clunky and not very user friendly (see attached screenshot of report).
We were also able to generate a Vendor Master Maintenance report (job number 44401) but it did not provide a history of what was changed and what the original data was (see attached screenshot of report).
Would be helpful to have a way to show the auditors the following information for a certain date range:
Vendor name
Vendor number
Creation date (so we can see all newly created vendors)
User who made the change
What the original data was
What the data was changed to
Then the auditors would have their testing population and could select vendors for testing if the vendor change was supported.
Hi @Guest , thank you for submitting the idea. I can certainly see the value of improved audit reporting.
