The State of Florida has begun a program that provides assistance for electric customers which is funded by the Federal Government. The funds MUST be used to pay for electric services ONLY. Unfortunately, UBS does not have the ability to designate and "hold" credits to be applied to specific services. An enhancement would be to allocate specific funds that are designated for a specific service.
