Personnel Action Request Attachments

In an employee's record, it would be nice to see in the Employee Master/Personnel Action Request Tab in the grid if there are attachments in a PAR without going into each PAR individually to find an attachment. There would be a PDF icon showing in the grid like the one that shows in notes when an attachment is linked to a note.
