Filtering UBS accounts and employee profiles to show the last modified account or files on top. or have a report to sort by the last date of modification, change or review. This could also help with work orders to see how long the account is in limbo.
The grid for customers and work orders shows the last modified account or WO for the user at the top, separated by a blank line. You also have the options to sort the grid by last_maintained_date. There are transaction monitoring available in ADG System Manager to report on changes by date range as well. Please call support if you would like assistance setting this up.
