As a rapidly growing city we have a lot of new communities being built and adding the builder’s information with each new account is a lot of unnecessary work. Being able to copy the same billing information from one acct to another will save a lot of time.
I also recommend having 1 customer account for a builder and add the locations to that single account number. Is the builder requesting separate account numbers for each location?
Are you talking about customer accounts? We've assigned each building their account and attach the locations for their builds to that account number
