Update Limit Field for Chard Snyder Health Spending Account

Each year we have to manually update all employees Limit field for anyone who participates in the Chard Snyder's Health Spending Account program. The annual amount shows up on the OE Vendor Interface Exports file but when we roll out open enrollment to the EE records, that field does not get updated. It updates the per pay period EE contribution amount but does not update the limit. This amount shows in the "Annually" column on the Export file so I'm thinking there should be a way to get that amount to go into the "Limit" field on the EE record.

I'm pretty sure this feature would come in handy for many customers and it would save a lot of time and possible errors if that field was updated with open enrollment.
