Report for training classes

Would like a report for training classes that shows each employee and what class they have. The report would need to be able to be sorted by name, or class or expiration date. We have an FDLE audit each year and it would make it easier to have a report to look at with this information instead of having to go into the system one by one to see what classes the employee has in the sytem to audit against the FDLE report.

    Is this something you could do using the miscellaneous question section?? Maybe there are too many classes for this but, if not, you could set up the misc. question for each class, add the date they have completed the class, and then set up a report in report writer to grab that information. Print it to an Excel spreadsheet and you can sort it any way you would like.

    Not real sure this would work for you but we do something similar for a different reason and it works pretty good.
