An employee evaluation system...

An employee evaluation system is crucial in an employee's personnel record. It would be nice to be able to connect this to a PAR, if a merit increase is involved or not. It would also be nice if this were tied to the group/grade/step system already in the system. The system would have to be somewhat flexible to each customer's needs. I am sure there are more avenues that should be explored and considered.
