Add Option to Upload Encumbrance, Liquidation & Statistics to J/E File Upload

It would be great if there was an option to upload an entry for Encumbrances, Liquidations and Statistics in the J/E File Upload function. Specifically, in the file type "C - Comma Separated Values" column H allows the user to indicate if the file upload is a budget adjustment with a "A" in the column, it would be helpful if the functionality of that column could be expanded to allow other posting types as well.
