Top Row Separation Needed

I am fielding a lot of questions about the duplicate row at the top of a grid/list. I understand this is a “most recent” record, but could you set it apart so that it doesn’t look like it’s part of the list? Look at Add/Maintain Requisitions under the PO Main Menu, or the Employee Master.
