Ability to send multiple emails for backflow testing annual letter

Under UBS-Backflow Testing-Annual Letters there is not the ability to send multiple emails to accounts who may have a backflow test due. Letters can be printed but the ability to send out multiple emails like delinquent letters or billing would be helpful.
