Add housekeeping program to adjust posting date of a batch, possibly with ADG backend support.

It would be helpful to correct a posting date (for instance a 9/30 batch that was entered as 10/16 by mistake). Rather than reversing the batch with the wrong date and reversing the reversed batch with the correct date. It seems like it would be "cleaner" to allow a change to the posting date, but only in a year that is not currently "closed". I see the value in having ADG support be involved in this decision, so posting dates aren't changed all the time. But I do see the value in having the ability to do so. (This would be a mass edit in ADG, similar to a "G/L Account No Change/Merge" in that you would replace the posting date, system wide for a particular batch.)
