Tie Expenses to G/L Budget Items

Allow option for A/P expenses and POs to tie to the budget items budgeted in a G/L. For example, in Fire- Equipment if there are 2 budgeted items for a fire truck and fire hose, allow the PO to be entered against those lines to allow easier tracking of budgeted items. This would be particullary helpful for capital outlay/asset budget tracking.
