Ability to add notes to Receipt Distribution Codes

It would be useful if note support could be added to Receipt Distribution Codes. For example, we have a receipt distribution code setup for revenue sharing that splits the state funds between sales tax and gas tax based on a percentage provided by the Dept of Revenue. It would be helpful if I could attach the state provided percentage allocation to the receipt distribution code. That way, when the auditors ask why the revenue is split a certain way, I can go straight to the receipt distribution code and look at the support.
