Add notes to CCR Receipt Posting

We use CCR receipt postings to post all of our payments (state payments, grants, cemetery sales, recreation concessions, etc). Currently, we save all the supporting documentation in a folder on our server. It would be really nice if we could attach that supporting documentation to the CCR receipt so it's directly tied to that payment in ADG. It would make the audit much nicer.
