ADG Product Ideas
I would like to suggest that it would be very beneficial if Admin users had the ability to update/change employee's passwords/login information at any time.
The reason this has come up is because an employee's login/password information to access there timecards was sent out to the wrong employee. Therefore they had access to see personal/salary/etc information on that employee. If admin users had the option to update/change the password/login we could of tried to update the login immediately to stop them from viewing..... I feel this would be a good option to have... Thank you for listening....
If the employee is signing in with the generic info (Employee #/ Capital letter of last name and last 4 SSN), I would suggest assigning a unique Login ID for this employee and updating the field for User Code: in employee master.
Admins can change a users password in the ADG System Manager -> Users,Programs & Menus -> Maintain Users. Just select the blue arrow next to the user and click reset password.
