Leave benefits accruals (restriction)

Leave benefits accruals aren’t available to use until months later. Sick leave is available 3 months after hire and vacation leave is available 6 months after hire. According to our policy, the benefits will accrue each pay period but can’t be used. There need to be a way to enter a start date to disallow timesheet input. Similar to not being able to enter overtime until time worked exceed 40 hours.
