Import Recurring Transactions

It would be very helpful if we were able to import recurring transactions for employees. Every year, we have to manually update some recurring amounts for almost all of our employees. This is a very time consuming process.

Personnel Action Request

To be able to print all the PAR details with the same effective date instead of having to go into each request individually to print. (This is different than Batch Processing to update each PAR).

Custom Email for Leave Requests

When a person is removed from ADG, ex retired or terminated and they are assigned to approve timecards and leave request. The system does not remove them from the list. Would like for the system to removed them.

Prevents the need to go and remove them from several timecard based on the position they held. Payroll will benefit from this.

Lock holiday hours

Currently we are using T/C Holiday Master Maint. to load holiday hours based upon employee default hours. It would be helpful if there was a way to lock these entries to prevent employees from making changes.

Highlight last item clicked

Currently, if I want to go thru multiple timecards, there is no way to see which timecard I opened/viewed last. If the last one I opened/viewed was highlighted in some form, that would be extremely helpful. There is also no way to immediately know...

Capability to run the PAR Status Report by effective date. Now it’s only available by employee number or request number. The effective date would let me know what I need to get processed first.
